Placement Process

Young minds can acquire skills and knowledge in a stimulatory environment. In this regard, we call for esteemed companies to test our exceptional candidates pool.

Companies are invited to conduct campus interviews at Gopalan Skill Academy and our Group of Institutions, based on mutual convenience. The Placement Cell coordinates the entire recruitment process for both companies and candidates.

Gopalan Skill Academy assists candidates in selecting careers in their chosen areas of interest, and the recruiters by way of providing opportunities to select proficient candidates as per their requirements.

Once Candidate receive an offer letter and sign the job acceptance form, they will not be allowed to attend any other interview, and will be moved out of the placement process.

Interview Process

  • Pre-placement talk.
  • Shortlisting of interested students.
  • Image consulting in-house excises – Candidates are trained to face interviews, group discussions, trained in resume building, business etiquettes, grooming and personal branding.
  • Interview process – aptitude tests, group discussions, and personal interviews.
  • Screening – offer letters rolled out to selected students.
  • Placement – Candidates sign job acceptance forms.
